After fifteen years of trialing all sorts different kayaks, we are very proud of our kayak fleet. We think it is the best offered in NZ.
Our double kayaks
Around 95% of our clients paddle a double. They are very stable, and having two people paddling a boat saves on energy levels, enabling you to relax and enjoy your experience more.
Amaruks
Made by Necky kayaks (USA). Proven time and time again on our half and full day tours. This smaller volume boat has all the features of the larger models while at the same time providing what we believe to be the ultimate mix of maneuverability and stability so inexperienced paddlers can learn about the joys of kayaking with the least hassle and frustration. Plastic construction. Storage space 160 litres.
All kayaks have neoprene covers over the storage hatches, and rudders to assist steering.
